Thank you for shopping with Queen K Candle Co. We appreciate your trust in our products. Please read our Refund Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding refunds and returns.
1. Eligibility for Refunds:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at queenkcandleco@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your product to discuss your concerns and/or request a refund.
2. Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. Returns must be shipped to us within 10 days from the date you received the product. Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 days.
