1. Eligibility for Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at contact@queenkcandleco.com within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss your concerns or request a refund.
2. Returns and Exchanges
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be shipped within 10 days from the delivery date.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
- Gift cards and used items are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please email contact@queenkcandleco.com with clear photos of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving your order. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
6. Cancellations
