1. Eligibility for Refunds:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at contact@queenkcandleco.com within 7 days of receiving your product to discuss your concerns and/or request a refund.
2. Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
Returns must be shipped to us within 10 days from the date you received the product.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
3. Refund Process:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 days.
4. Non-Refundable Items:
Personalized or customized items are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.
Gift cards are non-refundable. Used items are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at contact@queenkcandleco.com with photos of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
