When will I receive my order?

What type of wax do you use?
Our candles and wax melts are made up of a soy blend. This blend not only provides a clean and long-lasting burn but also allows for a more eco-friendly and sustainable candle experience.
Why does my candle have some discoloration?
Soy wax is known to discolor in what is called frosting. This is a natural characteristic of soy wax and does not affect the performance or fragrance of the candle. It adds a unique and artistic touch to each candle, showcasing its handcrafted nature.
Why was the color slightly different last time?
At Queen K Candle Co., we strive to stay as consistent as possible with our work. However, since all of our products are made in small batches, there may be slight variations in color from one batch to another. This is what makes each candle truly special and unique, unlike mass-produced candles found in big brand stores.
Why are some scents stronger than others?
At Queen K Candle Co., we use the manufacturer-recommended fragrance load for each candle to ensure that it burns properly and releases its captivating scent. However, it's important to note that some fragrances are naturally stronger than others due to their unique composition. Rest assured, each candle is carefully crafted to provide you with a delightful and aromatic experience.
